Fear Diary Mode is a Diary Mode that Trina went into in the episode "No Strings Attached". It happened due to her getting scared by The Grojgang.
Plot[]
She jumped up in the air in fear, on a geyser of green goo, instead of blasting up on fire as she usually does. The background remained red and Trina's facial expression was more scared yet her eyes remained the same color. Scary music was playing. When she was writing in her diary, the fire was green. The things revolving around her were parts of broken puppets and the chaos caused were geysers of green goo blasting out of the chairs.

- Of all of the majorly changed diary modes, this one resembles her normal diary mode the most.
- This mode has appeared the fewest times in the series, only having appeared once.
- This is diary mode is only used in the episode "No Strings Attached".
